At Content Bite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted. By subscribing to Content Bite, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Free Plan

Content Bite offers a free plan with no payment required. There is nothing to refund for free-plan accounts.

3. Paid Subscriptions

If Content Bite introduces paid subscription tiers in the future, the following terms will apply:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
  • Renewals: If your subscription has automatically renewed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal period.
  • Partial refunds: Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription period outside the windows described above, except where required by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@getcontentbite.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Content Bite account
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
  • A brief description of the reason for your request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund windows described in Section 3
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date, outside the 7-day window

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us as described in Section 4.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Content Bite after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
